Again, my apologies about the lack of posts today (Monday). I'm in the midst of a very busy stretch, but when I can get to some writing, I'll be here. Expect more Tuesday morning.
In the meanwhile, my little one's first t-ball game was this past Sunday. Notice the perfectly executed hook slide (of course, there was no throw to the plate, but I still like it):
PS: Big props to my wife for nailing that picture.

Holy shit, Jason, that's an awesome picture! Very nice form! If he was still playing, your little man should be giving sliding lessons to Jeremy Giambi.
I have a nice...I'll call it a photo essay...of my little man's first year of t-ball. I can email it to you if you'd like. The highlight is his running to third base. The kid can fly!

This is when my mom yells at me because she now has to clean my pants for no reason. I love it.
ditmars: SEND 'EM!!!
Look at the excitement and joy on his face. Fantastic photo, great slide. Way to get the uniform dirty, kid!
He should have barreled over the catcher/tee, instead.
I coached 7/8 yr olds last summer, and none of them could slide with anywhere near this expertise. Impressive.
HIM is proud of HIS #2 grandson...lookin good!!!
That, sir, is one perfect slide.
